Refund & Exchange Policy
- Requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of products received. Any refund or exchange request after 3 calendar days will not be honored.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, dye, cut, removed from the weft or processed etc) in any way.
- Shipment ways should be the original express company as we shipped it.
- All the shipping fee will not be refund and customers should be responsible for all the shipping fee.
- Customers should be responsible for all the handling charge.
Money will be refunded within 3 calendar days after the merchandise received and confirmed.
