Your satisfaction in our services and products is our top concern, and we will do our uppermost to fulfill your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, please contact our salesman or email to us(sales@humanhaircn.com). The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached.

Helpful Hint

1. We recommend shipping packages back using DHL/Fedex/UPS shipping with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

2. Refund and exchange should be requested within 15 calendar days after receiving the products. The  items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 15 calendar days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your package. Report email: sales@humanhaircn.com.

3. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem, the buyer should be responsible for the prepaid shipping fee,  we will not accept return packages paid on delivery.

1. If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: incorrect products, defective products), we will provide a full refund for you. Please contact us by email sales@humanhaircn.com to get the returning address.

2. If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: don’t like/want, ordering wrong product/size), we will offer a refund for products sub-total amount only, please contact us by email sales@humanhaircn.com to get the returning address, the shipping fee will not be refunded, the buyer should be responsible for the duty fee in their location and the returning express shipping fee.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days which usually takes you 2-10 business days to receive the refund.

4. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

Exchange Policy

You can change your orders before the products are shipped out by sending email to us, we may return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage for different orders.

If the product has been shipped out, we will not accept the exchange during the shipping period. If buyer likes our product and ask for exchange other products after they receive the products, the buyer should send back the product and prepay the shipping fee first, we may return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage for different orders.

You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours by requesting a refund from your Paypal account backend or email to us sales@humanhaircn.com.
